⇒ A Midsummer Night's Dream | A sweet and sparkly drink comprised of our house cremant, locally and ethically sourced edible glitter, and cotton candy, with edible gold leaf to top it off. Dusted with pixie dust, all you must do is believe.

⇒ Negroni | A continental mixture of herbal gin, spicy campari, and sweet vermouth, this intoxicating ruby drink will surely enchant you for the evening.

⇒ Rolanberry Evening | Vanilla vodka and multitudinous fruit juices mingle together in this quite frankly dangerous beverage. Mixed together and served in a pineapple, this drink is best consumed only once per evening.

⇒ Sidecar | A citrusy blend of orange liqueur, cognac, and lemon juice create a luscious marriage of flavour. Garnished with an orange twist and a sugared rim, this is a sweet treat to cool you down.

⇒ Gin Dream | Once upon a dream, we mixed gin, orange liqueur, and tonic water. When we woke, we mixed it with lime juice and garnished it with a lime wheel. A delightfully citrus drink to wake you up.

BEVERAGES

Alcohol free but still guaranteed to warm the soul and bolster the spirit.

⇒ Speckled Lemonade | Sweet and sour are wed in this rolanberry lemonade. Perfect to enjoy on a hot summer's day!

⇒ Chilled Sparkling Apple Cider | A small batch of apple cider from the Canto's seasonal orchards, this refreshing beverage is served straight up with a sprig of mint to garnish.

⇒ Tea, Coffee & Water | On hand and readily available. One need only ask.

⇒ Crostini | Crispy baguette slices crowned with a blend of whipped goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil. Or, if savory isn't your schtick—a medley of mascarpone, honey, and fresh berries.

⇒ Fairy Cake | Conceived by Bismarck chefs with far, far too much time on their hands, each sweet, fluffy cake is drizzled in pastel-coloured frosting and topped with sprinkles.

⇒ Galette des rois | A nutty twist on a Lounge favourite, this galette is flakey pastry filled with a sweet almond creme.

⇒ Gougeres | A favorite of Egrine’s; chou pastry is mixed with cheese and then baked up into puffs. A simple treat shared amongst friends.

At the Bel Canto's outdoor bar in the top left corner of the yard, you'll find the Foreman, ready to serve finger foods and pour the finest drinks at your whim!Please note, the madame doesn't allow glass in the yard, so the glasses might feel a bit stiff. Consider this your invitation to shine! The Bel Canto encourages you to showcase your very best attire, whether it's your most glamorous, most outrageous, or simply your favorite gown. Whatever you choose, we welcome you to present yourself to the judgment of your peers!For the first half of the evening, we will be taking sign-ups for the Costume Contest. Feel free to participate in your most glamorous outfit! After the last performance of the evening, we will open the voting polls to the best judges of all — you, the audience! Vote for your favorites, your friends, or both! We will announce the winners during the closing speech, giving you a chance to bask in the spotlight and collect your prize.IMPORTANT : To be eligible to win, you must be present for both the voting and the results announcement. We will do our best to notify everyone when voting begins, but please be aware that voting will take place later in the evening!We will be judging purely based on vanilla glams only, thank you for understanding!

Within Bel Canto's ROOM 012 sits the billiards parlor. For those that wish it, there is a table as well as several decks of cards. No need to ask, you're welcome to utilize either at any time throughout the evening. Both are excellent icebreakers.

𝑻𝑨𝑩𝑳𝑬 𝑹𝑼𝑳𝑬𝑺 - Roll to start: HIGHEST roll can choose 𝑺𝑶𝑳𝑰𝑫𝑺 𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝑻𝑹𝑰𝑷𝑬𝑺. Highest roll also goes first, breaking the balls.
You must sink 𝑬𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 𝑩𝑨𝑳𝑳𝑺 + the 𝑪𝑼𝑬 𝑩𝑨𝑳𝑳 to win.
𝑪𝑨𝑳𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑺𝑯𝑶𝑻 - Call 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑵𝑺 𝒐𝒓 𝑶𝑫𝑫𝑺 before rolling to hit as well as the ball you're aiming for. If you do not roll a match to your call, you miss. ((1—8 Solids 9—15 Stripes))

BLACK JACK

Due to the nature of rolling so consistently we recommend all players put themselves in a party to avoid fear of spamming chat with dice rolls. A fantastic game to play with friends!

𝑮𝑶𝑨𝑳 — To get as close to 21 without going over. You may 𝑯𝑰𝑻 as many times as you'd like until you 𝑩𝑼𝑺𝑻 (get a score over 21) or 𝑺𝑻𝑨𝒀 (forgo anymore cards).
𝑻𝑶 𝑺𝑻𝑨𝑹𝑻 — Roll /dice 10 TWICE. These will be your starting cards.
